Great value bus travel continues, with single journeys capped at no more than £3*
Bus travel is still a great value way to get from A to B
We’re taking part in the National Bus Fare Cap Scheme which means that from 1st January 2025, a single bus journey in England will be capped at a maximum of £3 - yes that’s less than a cup of coffee from a high street cafe. So go grab that coffee at Rushden Lakes, its just £3 to get there from Northampton or Kettering. Or take a trip over to Coventry for a spot of shopping - yes, you've guessed it, its just £3 from Leamington and Stratford!.
Will all single journeys cost £3?
£3 is the maximum you will pay. Lots of our fares will cost less - in fact most single journeys across England will be less than £3, offering great value on everyday trips especially within towns and cities. For those longer journeys, the fare cap ensures you will never pay more than £3 for a single trip. Where could your £3 take you?
What are the ticket prices across the Midlands?
In Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Coventry, Leicestershire and Birmingham if you are an adult or young person travelling within the areas below you will only pay £2.50 for a single ticket. If you are travelling into or between areas, your single ticket will be capped at £3, no matter how far you go!
