In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

Multi-operator tickets

If you need to travel on multiple bus operator services in the Network West Midlands area only, or need to travel on the train or tram too, multi-operator tickets are accepted on all of our bus services. 

nbus tickets are valid on most buses services in the Network West Midlands area, including all of ours, and nnetwork tickets are valid on most buses, including all of ours, plus all trains and trams in the West Midlands.

You can buy day tickets from our drivers, or visit networkwestmidlands.com for longer term ticket options. 

Don’t forget, we also accept Swift season tickets (where valid) and Swift Pay As You Go on all of our services on journeys wholly within the Network West Midlands area.
