Q. How do I sign up for Stagecoach Rewards?
A. Just follow the link you’ve been sent or go to www.rewards.stagecoachbus.com and complete the registration form – it’s as simple as that!
Q. Who can sign up for Stagecoach Rewards?
A. If you travel on one of our eligible brands/services then you can sign up for Stagecoach Rewards. To take advantage of our great offers and discounts, you’ll need to show your bus ticket when you redeem your offer.
Q. Is my ticket valid for Stagecoach Rewards?
A. Yes, apart from a few exceptions. You’re good to go if you use the following paper, mobile, StagecoachSmart or app tickets:
- Single
- Return
- Dayrider
- Megarider
- Student
- Carnet
- Annual
The following tickets aren’t valid for Stagecoach Rewards:
- Senior concessionary passes
- Multi-operator tickets
If your journey is one way or you’re using a day ticket, you can only use your offer vouchers on the day of travel. With one week, one month (or longer) tickets you can make use of your offer vouchers on any day for the valid duration of your ticket.
