Student Giveaway Terms and Conditions 2022

**These are terms & conditions and not a giveaway entry mechanism**

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and must be attending a UK school university at the time of entering. Proof of student status may be required.

2. The giveaway is open to UK residents only.

3. Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK address.

4. This giveaway is being offered by Stagecoach Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Stagecoach Group plc.

5. Entrants will be directed to our student giveaway page hosted by Dotdigital who are our online services partner and will be asked to submit their name and email address and where they attend university.

6. This giveaway closes at 5pm Friday 30th September, 2022.

7.  Ten winners will each get a prize package with EITHER a Cinema 12-month membership, Gym 12-month membership OR Coffee 12-month subscription. The winners will be chosen at random on Monday 3 October and will also receive free travel for a year (or a reimbursement of their student ticket if this has already been purchased) provided that we operate a service in that area. There is no cash alternative to the free travel.

8. The prize chosen is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

10. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

12. The winners will be chosen at random and notified via email. The winners should acknowledge this within 5 working days or risk forfeiting their prize.

13.  Winners will be encouraged to share with Stagecoach images/videos/content using their prize. In doing so, winners allow their images/video/content to be used in any other promotional material at the discretion of Stagecoach.

14. Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Stagecoach accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize and/or this giveaway.

16. Employees, relatives and agents of any subsidiary of Stagecoach Group plc are not eligible to enter.

17. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, Instagram, dotdigital, Twitter, Pret, Pure Gym or any cinema brand.

18. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
