How do I apply for my free bus pass?

If you’ve not applied for your free bus pass, then apply today to avoid missing out any longer! 

The application process is simple, and you can apply online or through your local council office. To find out where local support is available to apply for your bus pass, please contact your local council or call 03003 034 240.

Welcome aboard

If you’re new to using our buses, our friendly drivers will welcome you on board and help with any questions you have. It really is an easy process:

• There’s no activation needed – you can use your card straight away
• Pop your card down, photo side up onto the reader
• Tell the driver where you’re off to
• Wait till the light turns green and listen for the beep
• Remove your card and take a seat
• When you’re ready to get off, press the ‘stop’ bell and the driver will stop the bus at your chosen stop
