10 GWRSA Railway Club
A community focused club with superb views of the Exe Estuary and several small outdoor seated areas. This club has four real ales on hand-pump two of which are changing beers usually from local breweries. One real cider is available on keg. Boxed ciders / perries here do not conform to CAMRA's real cider / perry definition. Traditional games are played, weekly live music is usually on Saturday night and quiz nights every Thursday. Bar snacks are available. Open to the public, everyone welcome.

11 Powder Monkey
A Wetherspoons pub named after Nancy Perriam whose sewing skills earned her a berth in the navy where she also acted as a powder monkey. Nancy lived in nearby Tower Street. A powder monkey was naval slang for boys and girls who filled shells and cartridges with gunpowder on board ships of war. The building was converted from local newspaper offices. The bar is adjacent to the central seating areas, with a number of rooms off it. Good selection of ales and some real ciders.

12 Grapevine
Situated in the center of Exmouth, the Grapevine is a stylish Victorian building. Home to Crossed Anchors Brewing (CAB) and Ruby Diner burgers. The large interior has several distinct seating areas and a small sheltered beer garden / smoking area at the rear. Management encourage people to sit and use the table service rather than stand at the bar. There are six handpumps, twelve craft taps and CAB beers are sold bottle conditioned. Usually two real ciders on keg plus changing selection of fruit and traditional ciders in BiB. Some, but not all, of the ciders / perries here conform to CAMRA's real cider / perry definition. Bottled German and Belgian beers are also available. There is live music on the first Friday of the month and live rugby shown on the big screen. During the summer months additional outside seating and table service is available in the nearby Strand Gardens until 9pm.

13 First & Last
Victorian pub near the town centre with a public car park opposite. A genuine free house, with three distinct areas and a courtyard patio with heated awnings. Checkstone Brewery started here in 2016 and supplies the pub with changing ales from an increasing range. Changing real ciders available including occasionally their own Checkstone Cider. Games include pool, darts and there is a skittle alley. Televised sport is prominent and there is regular live music early on Sunday evenings

14 Bicton Inn
A friendly and popular backstreet local, offering good beer and chat. It has won the CAMRA branch Community pub of the year four times and has been previously branch pub of the year. Traditional games are played such as darts and euchre. In the snug bar a book club and knitting club take place. Regular live music including a weekly folk night takes place along with a monthly quiz. The pub hosts an annual beer festival normally late winter. Up to six real ales and two real keg ciders are normally on offer, including several LocAles. The snug bar is available for small gatherings and meetings.
