19 Eyre Court Hotel
The Eyre Court Hotel is situated in Queen Street about 150 yards from the beach. It offers guests a warm welcome, good food and traditional award winning ales in their friendly family run bars. The restaurant is very popular serving meals prepared to order using local produce wherever possible. There is a large Conservatory which can be used for functions, and a large outdoor seating area with tables under heated canopies. Food can be enjoyed in the main bar, lounge bar, restaurant, conservatory or enjoy alfresco dining on a pleasant summer evening. Children are welcome in the restaurant or lounge bar; high chairs are available. No dogs in the restaurant, but are welcome in the lounge and bar. Live music is featured every Sunday from 4 to 7pm, plus quiz night on Thursday's from 9pm. Bed and Breakfast accommodation consists of 4 double, I twin and 3 family rooms.

20 Kings Arms
The Kings Arms is a traditional locals pub just out of the town centre up by the cricket ground. It is popular with locals and visitors staying at the nearby caravan park. It serves a good range of real ales, mainly from the Branscombe Vale brewery. It has a good reputation for good-quality home-cooked food. It can get very busy, particularly on Sundays when is booking is recommended. There is a large beer garden at the rear, that overlooks the estuary to Axmouth, with tables, play equipment for children and two boules pitches. It is a good view point for the Seaton Tramway. The pub is family and dog friendly.

21 Malt House
The Malthouse, formally Famous George, located in the square, is one of the oldest pubs in Seaton, but has been extensively modernised in recent years. It has recently changed to focus more on food, including roast dinners on Sundays and at other times during the week. Three real ales are often on offer; the house beer is Caledonian Edinburgh Castle. Satellite sports TV, pool, darts and occasional live music feature. There is an outside area on the other side of the road.

22 Old Picture House
Previously Winstons , now recently reopened after much refurbishment and with great emphasis on it's earlier function as a cinema. The bar is stylishly furnished and decorated and has a good display of old movie-star photos. There is a large room upstairs with a log-burner stove and access to balcony seating. Adjoining is a large , high-ceilinged function room which was the main body of the cinema and has a it's own bar. 2 real ales are usually on offer with the guest one coming from Dartmoor or Brains breweries. It is situated just outside the main town centre, very near to the Tramway, and is one block back from the sea front. It is family friendly, and dogs are welcome. It is open every day for lunches, snacks and evening meals.

23 Royal Clarence
The Royal Clarence is a welcoming bar close to the sea front on Harbour Road. It is popular with the locals, and can get very busy on Friday nights and at weekends. There is a large pool room at the rear which can be used by children, as well as an outdoor covered boules pitch. No cooked meals are served. There are usually three real ales, plus real cider available. It has satellite sports TV, and regular live music is featured (see website for details).

24 Vault Bar
The Vault Bar is situated on the sea front opposite Fisherman's Gap, with views across the bay towards Beer Head. It is a fairly small pub, with a good atmosphere and with its wood fittings and floor it gives a modern feel. There is usually two changing real ales available. Coffee and teas are served, but no food. Only over 18's are allowed in the bar, but families can use the outside tables on the sea front. Satellite sports TV is shown, and pool, and darts are played. Occasional live music is featured.
