In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

As part of our Guildford Park & Ride, Stagecoach has four Park & Ride sites based around Guildford making it easy for you to get into town from any direction. 

With free parking at our Guildford sites, just buy your bus ticket when you board and leave the rest to us! What's more is you don't even need cash, all our buses now accept contactless payment. 

Our Guildford Park & Ride buses take you straight into the heart of town, making it a convenient way to get to work. Shopping in town couldn't be easier with Park & Ride as the buses stop by the Friary. So forget all the hassle of town centre traffic use Park & Ride as your Guildford shopping centre parking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay to park?

No, parking is free at each site. You just have to buy your bus ticket when you board.

I have a concessionary travel pass; do I have to buy a bus ticket too?

Senior national concessionary permits are not valid for use on Glide Park & Ride services, however concessionary pass holders are entitled to purchase a Concession Return for £1.10.

Do children have to pay to travel?

Up to 2 accompanied under 16s travel for FREE with each adult. Further child tickets are priced differently depending on Park & Ride location, see the tabs above for prices.

Where do the buses stop in Guildford?

Guildford Park and Ride buses drop you off and collect you by the Friary. 

Are there any vehicle height restrictions at the Park and Ride sites?

Yes, at Artington and Merrow sites there is a 2 metre height limit for entry into the car parking sites.
