Lions At Large Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This summer, we are giving away a limited number of FREE West Gold MegaRider and DayRider bus tickets in conjunction with the Lions at Large sculpture trail in Cheltenham and Gloucester. This monthly prize draw will run from 10am Friday 11^th July to Sunday 14^th September 2025.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Stagecoach Lions at Large prize draw is open to UK residents aged 16 and over.

Exclusions: Employees or agencies connected with Stagecoach, and their direct family members, are not eligible to enter.

Acceptance: By entering the prize draw, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions, which may be changed at any time without notice.

Entry Method: Entries must be submitted via email, including a photograph featuring our lion, to: [email protected]

No Purchase Necessary: No bus ticket purchase is required to enter. For questions about the prize draw, contact Stagecoach West at: [email protected]

Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted.

Usage Rights: By entering, you grant Stagecoach the right to use your name for identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner.

Liability: Stagecoach is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.

Draw Dates: The prize draw opens at 10am on Friday 11^th July (the ‘Start Date’) and closes at midnight on Sunday 14^th September (the ‘End Date’). Entries outside this period won’t be considered. Winners will be chosen at random on:

1^st August 2025 (for entries received between the Start Date and midnight on Sunday 31^st July)

1^st September (for entries received between Friday 1^st August and midnight on Sunday 31^st August 2025)

15^th September (for entries received between Monday 1^st September and the End Date)

Prizes: Each monthly draw will award 1x 7-Day West Gold MegaRider ticket and 4x 1-Day West Gold DayRider tickets, with a maximum of one ticket per person/entry.                                                                                                                                                                                   

Notification: Winners will be notified by email to the address used for the entry. If a winner does not respond within three days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
