For lost property, please contact the customer services team on 0345 121 0190 which is open 09:00 until 17:00, then select the relevant option for the depot required or visit one of the travel shops. Our staff will attempt to find your property, however, please remember that this relies on the property being returned to us and with buses travelling all over the region, it could take some time to reach the lost property store.
