Can I cancel my bus ticket once I've bought it?

Have you activated your ticket already? If you haven't, you can easily cancel it and we'll give you a full refund.

If you've already activated it, you can still cancel your ticket. But we'll only be able to refund the remaining amount. We'll also take a £15 early cancellation charge. 

If you have less than £15 left on your ticket, we'll let you know as you might be able to use what's left on a future ticket instead of losing it. We'll try to be as flexible as possible with you, as we know circumstances can change.

To cancel your ticket:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘My tickets’
  3. Select ‘Show details’
  4. Choose the ticket you want to cancel and select ‘Cancel online’ 

You can also cancel a ticket bought online by emailing [email protected] or filling in the refund request form.

After you've cancelled your ticket, we'll send your money to your account (same as the one you used to pay) within 3-5 working days. 

We can't cancel or refund an expired ticket.
