Can I cancel or get a refund on a student pass?

If you no longer need your student bus ticket then getting a refund is simple, subject to our terms and conditions. Here's how:

If you bought your ticket on our app and you've not activated yet you can cancel and refund it yourself.

Or if you have a Smart ticket, you can log into your account and select the Manage My StagecoachSmart section of My account. You can also fill in our refund request form.
