Can I change my ticket after I've bought it on the bus?

Usually! We'll need your StagecoachSmart card number and the details of the ticket you bought on the bus.

You can fill out our Refund request form to get your refund. Unfortunately, we can't always provide a refund, but we'll try our best. It just depends on your individual situation.
