Important update Close

It's no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering on public transport in England, Scotland or Wales. We do encourage you to wear a face covering in crowded spaces, if you can. For the latest travelling safely information for England, Wales and Scotland, see our Coronavirus page

Can I get a refund if I've bought the wrong ticket?

When you're on the bus, drivers can give you a refund if you let them know straight away. It's best to check your ticket before sitting down.

Our drivers will refund you the same way you paid. So in cash if you paid in cash or via card if you paid with card.

If you have bought the ticket online, fill in our refund request form.

Want to chat about your payment? Get in touch and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
