Can I get a refund if I've bought the wrong ticket?

When you're on the bus, drivers can give you a refund if you let them know straight away. It's best to check your ticket before sitting down.

Our drivers will refund you the same way you paid. So in cash if you paid in cash or via card if you paid with card.
