Important update Close

It's no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering on public transport in England, Scotland or Wales. We do encourage you to wear a face covering in crowded spaces, if you can

I'm disabled. How do I find out if I can use the bus?

We have low floor, easy access buses which can carry a limited number of wheelchairs, approved mobility scooters and unfolded buggies.

We always try to show when these buses will be in use on our timetables.

We try our best to use low floor buses on all advertised routes, but sometimes they aren't available.

You can get a Journey assistance card if you need any support when you get on our buses.
