Go Car Free this Sunday 22nd September, your bus ticket’s on us!

Free Sunday bus travel is being offered to residents and visitors on selected routes across Devon and Torbay on 22^nd September to celebrate National Car Free Day.

The free Sunday travel is being delivered through the DevonBus Partnership, in conjunction with bus operators – Stagecoach, Tally Ho, Dartline, Torbay Buses and Filers Travel. It is supported by funding from both Devon County Council and Torbay Council through the Bus Service Improvement Plan.

The offer is designed to encourage more people to use the bus for leisure to explore their local area, visit family and friends and enjoy the stunning coast and countryside across Devon without the worry of transport costs as part of Outdoor September.

This offer, in partnership with Devon County Council, is part of the joint long-standing commitment to providing reliable and affordable services whilst working together to enhance the travel experience for passengers and support sustainable travel solutions.

For anyone travelling by bus Monday to Saturday, all bus journeys are still capped at a £2 single fare until December 2024.
