Bus drivers, office staff and engineers took part in some spooky hallowe’en fun by dressing up in ghoulish costumes for the day.
The Stagecoach West Scotland team is collecting donations for their nominated local charity the Night Before Christmas Campaign.
Dressed as witches, goblins and elves, collections are taking place throughout West Scotland, asking customers and employees to donate whatever they can, via collection boxes and donations.
The Night Before Christmas Campaign (NB4CC) is a local Ayrshire based charity that ensures that young people all over West Scotland can experience the magic of Christmas through their fundraising initiative ‘Little Red Bags of Joy’.
The campaign was founded in 2015 by Jody McFarlane’s of Annbank, South Ayrshire who was inspired by her daughter who had the idea of providing gift boxes for local children who do not receive any gifts at Christmas.
Fiona Doherty, Managing Director of Stagecoach West Scotland said: “We’re really pleased to be involved with the Night Before Christmas charity for the second year running. Starting this early in the year at Hallowe’en gives us more time for our people to help with volunteering, fundraising activities and donations for the campaign. Connecting local communities is at the heart of everything we do here at Stagecoach West Scotland, and we hope that this Christmas campaign will make a difference this year to children in the area.”
