Rebecca Griffiths, a Driver for Stagecoach Yorkshire, baked brownies, sausage rolls, two lemon drizzle cakes, two carrot cakes and 24 cupcakes, and sold them for Ashgate Hospice, raising an amazing £391.47.
She said: “I wanted to do something in memory of my Grandad, and this seemed like a wonderful charity to support because they have really helped my family.
“I am over the moon with how my colleagues got behind the effort – we always say, at Stagecoach, that we support our communities and this just goes to show how we really believe that.”
Matt Kitchin, Managing Director of Stagecoach Yorkshire, added: “I am so proud of what Rebecca has done, it is a big effort and a wonderful gesture to help a very important local charity.”
