The service runs up to every 30 minutes, with the first journey Monday to Friday starting 0515 from Lincoln and 0628 from Grantham. The last journey from Lincoln is at 1815 and from Grantham at 1945.

InterConnect 53 runs from Lincoln to Grimsby. The service connects Nettleham, Welton, Dunholme, Faldingworth, Linwood, Middle Rasen with Market Rasen. Then from Market Rasen to Holton Le Moor, Nettleton, Caistor, Cabourne and Laceby before arriving in Grimsby.
The service runs up to every 60 minutes, starting from Lincoln at 0640 Monday to Saturday and from Grimsby at 0635 Monday to Saturday.

InterConnect 59 runs from Skegness to Mablethorpe, via Butlin's, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards, Chapel Point, Hogsthorpe, Mumby, Huttoft, Sandilands, Sutton on Sea and Trusthorpe.
The service runs Monday to Saturday during the winter months, and Monday to Sunday from around Easter to October. The service runs up to every 60 minutes.

InterConnect 505 runs all week from King's Lynn to Spalding, calling at Clenchwarton, Terrington St Clement, Walpole, Sutton Bridge, Long Sutton, Gedney, Fleet Hargate, Holbeach, Whaplode, Moulton, Weston and Springfields Outlet.
The service runs up to every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday, and hourly on a Sunday. Buses run all day from early morning until early evening.
