Over the past 18 months, thousands of customers have helped us better understand what matters most on their journey by taking part in our Rate My Ride survey.

The survey asked customers to share their views on four key areas of their journey:

• Cleanliness
• Comfort
• Reliability
• Friendliness

Every response has helped us identify what we're doing well and where we can continue to improve, so we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to take part.

Prize Draw Winner

To thank customers for sharing their feedback, everyone who completed the questionnaire was entered into a prize draw to win one month's free bus travel.

We're delighted to announce that 8 customers have each won a month of free travel, with one winner selected from each of the areas we serve: Gainsborough, Grimsby, Hull, Lincoln/Newark, Mansfield, Scunthorpe, Skegness/Spalding and Worksop.

All winners have been contacted directly.

A New Rate My Ride Survey Is Coming Soon!

Your feedback continues to play an important role in shaping our services, and we're pleased to announce that a new Rate My Ride survey will launch on 1 October 2026.

We'll once again be asking customers to tell us about their journey experience, helping us continue to improve the service we provide across our network.
