1. Head to Livingston on service X51, and grab a cinema ticket from Vue. After the film is done you can crack on with your Christmas shopping!
2. Visit Edinburgh Christmas Market on one of our Express services and grab yourself a gluhwein or a mulled cider and enjoy a few of the many fairground rides.
3. Discover Arbroath using service X7 and enjoy a Jammie Dodger scone and a festive hot chocolate at Vin-Tealicious before exploring the boutiques and shops at Westport Village.
4. Zoom to Dundee on service X7, X26 or any of our local services and stock up on socks at Primark or maybe even invest in a novelty Christmas jumper

How can I buy a Black Friday dayrider ticket?

Buy your ticket on the bus (just ask for a Black Friday dayrider) or by using our Stagecoach Bus App, from Friday 29 November to Sunday 1 December inclusive. You'll save £11 on the normal East Scotland Dayrider price, which gives you some extra pennies for shopping in the sales!

Where can I go with a Black Friday dayrider ticket?

You can travel wherever you like within the East Scotland ticket zone. Travel into Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen using Stagecoach East Scotland Express services is also included. How long is the Black Friday dayrider ticket valid for?

The Black Friday dayrider ticket is valid for a full day of travel and can be purchased on Friday 29 November, Saturday 30 November or Sunday 1 December.

Are normal dayrider tickets still available over Black Friday weekend?

Yes, all existing dayrider tickets will still be available - but why pay more when you can get unlimited travel for a whole day with the East of Scotland for a fiver!
