LOST PROPERTY AND COVID-19

The safety of our customers and employees is paramount to us and therefore in order to reduce the infection risk of COVID-19 to our people and customers, we regret that we are no longer able to allow public access for the collection of lost property or other purposes.

If you have lost any of your personal items on one of our buses please visit the TfL web site at tfl.gov.uk and follow the “help and contact” link to register your item.

All items are being passed to Transport for London's Lost Property Office at South Kensington which will reopen for collection of items in due course.
