10% discount is only applicable to 7 day MegaRider, 28 day MegaRider, Annual MegaRider and Flexi 5 tickets purchased via the Stagecoach Bus App.
Valid for travel on all Stagecoach bus services operating within a defined travel zone.
Travel is only permitted where evidence of a valid ticket can be provided to the driver as you board the vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure your phone battery has enough power to last your journey (s). No power means no visible ticket and travel will be refused.
Refunds are not available on any mobile ticket purchased on the Stagecoach Bus App. Please ensure you have the correct mobile ticket suitable for your journey.
Once you have purchased your ticket, it must be activated within 3 months. After this date your ticket will expire and you’ll be unable to use it. You’re unable to transfer any purchased or active tickets onto another device. Once activated your ticket is valid until 0400 the day after expiry.
Where our website and app is used for Stagecoach corporate travel, promotional offers and travel clubs, we share limited personal data of participating employees with their employer in order to provide those corporate services and confirm entitlement and eligibility to purchase particular tickets or receive discounted rates.
