Perfect for shift workers, part-time staff, or those who don’t need to travel every day!
Choose Flexi 5 or Flexi 10 tickets, valid for 12 months. You decide which days to use your ticket, saving over 30% on travel costs.

Discounted tickets – simple and easy

Discounted tickets are available exclusively through the Stagecoach Bus App. There’s no need to remember a discount code - the discount is automatically applied when you purchase your bus ticket.

How to access your discounted NHS bus travel

Register on www.nhsstaffbenefits.co.uk.
Scan the QR code and download the Stagecoach Bus App.
Your Scheme ID should auto-populate in the Stagecoach app. Click Submit Scheme ID.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you have registered with the Stagecoach Bus App. Enter this code in the verification box in the Stagecoach App (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
Go to Buy Tickets, select your local area, and your discounted tickets will appear with 10% off automatically applied.

The 10% discount is only applicable to DayRider, 7 day MegaRider, 28 day MegaRider, Annual MegaRider and Flexi 5 and Flexi 10 tickets purchased via the Stagecoach Bus App.
Valid for travel on all Stagecoach bus services operating within a defined travel zone.
Travel is only permitted where evidence of a valid ticket can be provided to the driver as you board the vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure your phone battery has enough power to last your journey (s). No power means no visible ticket and travel will be refused.
Refunds are not available on any mobile ticket purchased on the Stagecoach Bus App. Please ensure you have the correct mobile ticket suitable for your journey
Once you have purchased your ticket, it must be activated within 12 months. After this date your ticket will expire and you’ll be unable to use it. You’re unable to transfer any purchased or active tickets onto another device. Once activated your ticket is valid until 0400 the day after expiry.
