For the latest travel information for England, Wales and Scotland, see our Coronavirus page.
From Monday 17th May in England only, we’re safely and steadily making more seats available on local buses, when busy. For full details go to our travelling safely page.
Please continue to keep your distance, where possible and wear a face covering throughout your journey, unless you’re exempt.
You can be rest assured that we’re making it safer for everyone to travel by bus with daily deep cleans and extra disinfecting throughout the day, paying special attention to the items you come into contact with, such as handrails, bells, seats, poles.
Social distancing measures are in place for added safety. We’re carrying a lot less people on each bus, with set seating plans on board to help everyone keep their distance. We’re also opening all the windows on the bus and you must wear a face covering, so remember yours.

To help you plan your journey, we’ve added a handy new feature to the live map on the Stagecoach Bus App that shows you the busy and quiet times to travel on your service. This simple colour coding is based on how many people normally use that bus.
