2026-27 Canterbury Christ Church University bus pass options

This year, Canterbury Christ Church University UniRiders are moving to our corporate app.

Make sure you have the Stagecoach Bus App and are signed in with your CCCU email address.

Press the 'Buy now' button below and select Get the Stagecoach Bus App to go straight to the UniRider ticket page, with the scheme ID already entered. A verification code will be sent to your CCCU email address. Enter the code in the app and your ticket will appear in My Tickets, ready to use straight away.

Don't have the app yet? You'll be prompted to download it and create an account using your CCCU email address. Only CCCU students can access discounted UniRider travel.

Remember to carry your student ID whenever you travel.

Simply press the "buy now" button for your chosen ticket below and select the "Get the Stagecoach Bus App" button at the bottom of the next page. This will take you directly to the correct ticket page in the app, with the scheme ID already filled in for you. 

Please make sure you buy the correct one for you. We won’t be able to swap it once you’ve made the purchase.

Need to do a food shop?

Whether you're doing the big shop or just picking up the essentials, get there by bus! Take routes 8, 8A, 600, 601 and 602 to the Sturry Road retail park, home to supermarkets, retail stores and a gym.

A popular seaside town known for its independent shops, working harbour and famous oysters. Perfect for a wander along the seafront, fish and chips by the beach or a relaxing afternoon away from campus.

Herne Bay - 600, 601 & 602

A classic British seaside town with a long promenade, colourful beach huts and historic pier. You can also visit Wildwood Trust nearby for a day out with native wildlife.

Margate - 8 & 8A

Home to sandy beaches, the Turner Contemporary gallery and Dreamland, where you'll find vintage rides, seasonal events and live music throughout the year. 

Folkestone - 16 & 17

Explore the Harbour Arm, discover independent businesses in the Creative Quarter and enjoy coastal views from the beach.

Dover - 15 

Famous for its iconic White Cliffs and historic castle. Dover is also the UK's gateway to Europe, with ferry links to Calais just across the Channel.

Ashford - 1X & 1A

Home to Ashford Designer Outlet, offering a wide range of designer and high street brands. It's also a great base for exploring the wider Kent countryside.
