Evening travel for only £1 on Basingstoke bus services, valid from 1st September until 31st October. Enjoy your local network for less, whether you're heading out to the pub, enjoying the latest film at the cinema, or heading home from a day of shopping. No need for those late night taxis.

Our buses run up to every 12 minutes across Basingstoke and surrounding areas. Remember - during the day single fares are still capped at just £3.

£1 evening singles will be available on services 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, 32 and 76.

When are the tickets valid?

Tickets can be activated/used after 1900 on any given day. 

How can I buy my ticket?

From the driver; buy your ticket on the bus after 1900 - you just need to tell the driver where you're headed and they'll issue you a paper ticket. 

On the Stagecoach Bus App; buy your ticket in advance on the Stagecoach Bus App - you'll need to journey plan for a bus after 1900 for your £1 single to show. Activate your ticket just before you hop on the bus, as these tickets will only be valid for 60 minutes from activation. Tickets can only be activated after 1900 on any given day. 

When does the scheme run?

The scheme will run from 1st September, until 31st October 2026. £1 single fares will not be available for purchase/activation past this date.

What buses can I use the ticket on?

I'm a concessionary pass holder, what do I need to do?

If you're a concessionary pass holder, you'll just need to scan your pass as normal when you board.
