Corporate Staff Travel available in the South

Using a corporate travel scheme comes with a wealth of benefits when you choose Stagecoach.

Not only does taking the bus reduce the number of cars on the roads, it gives employees valuable time to relax on the bus before starting a days work and also to wind down on the way home, it is also an affordable way to commute to and from work, to the shops or to meet up with friends and family.

Here are some of the travel options available for Corporate Annual MegaRider Tickets, Travel Vouchers, and Student Tickets

Annual MegaRider Tickets

We are able to offer discounted Annual MegaRider  tickets for your employees with different travel options available for each of our South operating areas. These tickets are solely for the use of a named, individual ticket holder.

This option allows your organisation to pay for employees' tickets in bulk which typically offers up to 10% discount on the usual price of the selected Annual MegaRider. Participating staff would normally then reimburse the organisation according to its own terms and conditions, usually on a salary sacrifice basis.

Smarter ways to travel

​With a Stagecoach Smart Card, there is no need for paper tickets when your employees use the bus for travel. Their ticket is simply loaded onto their Smart Card and then they can travel anywhere within their ticket boundaries for their chosen ticket.

Self Management Options

Unlock even more savings by using our MegaRider Xtra Scheme!   Xtra gives customers the freedom to manage their account online- without needing to involve the employer if they need to make changes to their ticket, update payment info and much more. They will still have access to the great corporate travel discounts, but will also be able to manage their Smart account themselves.

Travel Vouchers

We are also able to offer travel vouchers. These can be purchased for use as daily or weekly tickets, and in books of 50.  Travel vouchers are a great alternative to travel expenses in the event your employees have business appointments to attend and can get there by bus. 

Student Tickets

​For universities and colleges, StudentRider tickets are the perfect option for your students. The tickets are offered online and give the best savings available to students using the bus to get to their classes. StudentRider tickets are available to buy yearly or termly and can be used 7 days a week, alongside a valid student ID card. 

How to get on board

To join any of the corporate Travel Schemes your company will need to complete a credit application, once approved you are good to go!
