Where can I travel with my free bus pass? 

With a concessionary bus pass, you can enjoy free travel on local Stagecoach bus services in Gloucestershire, as well as the rest of England.

Bus passes are valid from 09:30 - 23:00 on weekdays and anytime on weekends and bank holidays.

If you fancy a day out, why not travel by bus to Gloucester Quays, with great shops and restaurants, there will be plenty to keep you busy. Or head into Gloucester City Centre and enjoy a walk around the historic Cathedral. 

If you'd like to travel further afield, we also offer onward bus travel to Cheltenham, Stroud and the Forest of Dean.

How do I apply for a free concessionary bus pass?
If you are a Gloucestershire resident, you can apply for your first concessionary bus pass online on their website.  Gloucestershire libraries can also assist with renewing bus passes, or if your previous pass has been lost or stolen.
 
 
How do I know if I am eligible for a free bus pass?
You qualify for a bus pass if you've reached the pensionable age applicable to a woman, irrespective of if you are male or female. You can calculate your state pension age on the Government website.
 
 
How do I use my free bus pass?
Simply scan your bus pass on the card reader as you board a Stagecoach bus. 
 
 
Which services can I use my free bus pass on?
Your concessionary bus pass is valid on all local bus services in England from 09:30am until 11pm weekdays and at any time on weekends and bank holidays.
