Summer vacations come easily with the number 51 bus route from Caerphilly to Bargoed, taking you through Caerphilly where you can stop off at one of Wales most exciting castles! The 50/50A leaves Newport bus station every hour and every 25 minutes past the hour. 

 
 

Brynmawr Cinema 450 

Travel from Newport further afield to Brynmawr and Blaenavon

Other routes covering Crosskeys include the number X15 from Newport to Brynmawr which leaves from Newport bus station, stand 19, once an hour. For a quick route through Pontypool and Cwmbran, take the X24. You can find it leaving Newport bus station, stand 16, up to every 15 minutes.


Cardiff Castle 

Have a capital day out in Cardiff

Catch our X3 service from Malpas for a quick easy journey to Cardiff. There's so much to see and do for a fantastic day out. The bus will drop you off in Greyfriars Road which is only a short walk from Cardiff's shopping streets or the historic Cardiff Castle.

 

Newport bus station

Newport bus station is located on Newport Market Square, next to the Friars Walk Shopping Centre and Newport Market. There are ample connections to other bus services, and you can buy smart cards on the bus to make your journey easier. Local shops such as Debenhams are right next door, as are public toilets.

It’s best to arrive at Newport bus station around 10 to 15 minutes before your bus leaves. You can check the Stagecoach mobile app if you’re not sure when your next bus is due.
