What the Quality Bus Network means to you
The Quality Bus Network aims to improve your bus journeys by:
- making bus timetables more regular during the day so you don’t have to wait as long
- putting more buses on the roads in the evening
- improving facilities at bus stops eg better information and improved access
- implementing multi operator tickets where our drivers will be able to accept certain Arriva tickets on Stagecoach buses and vice versa
Following the recent change to timetables as a result of COVID-19, from Wednesday 25th March (until further notice) Arriva and Stagecoach will expand the range of ticket acceptance on the existing Quality Bus Network routes – 10*/10A/10B*/14/14A*/14B*/53/82*/82C*/86*/86A*/86C* (*The acceptance remains only valid along the common sections of route).
Therefore, in addition to day and weekly tickets being accepted, 28 day/monthly, Annual and Student tickets will also be valid for travel.
