The name of your ID card must match the name on your ticket. Any pass being used fraudulently will be confiscated and reported to both the police and University.

If you’ve lost your Stagecoach Unirider, you can report this to us on 01604 676060 (0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday) or at firstname.lastname@example.org, this should be supported with details of the pass, evidence that you purchased it and details of how it was lost or stolen along with any Police crime number
Please note an administration charge of £25 will be payable for the replacement if it’s approved.
The large majority of replacement requests are accepted, but if we don’t accept your request you can appeal to a joint panel of representatives from Stagecoach, the Students Union and the University, who will respond within at least 10 working days. The decision of this panel will be final.

Any refunds will be against the value of the ticket portion used plus a £10 administration fee. This calculation is based on the best value, alternative ticket you would have been able to buy at the time of purchase.
