How do I use a mobile ticket?

Activate your Oxford SmartZone app ticket when you are ready to use it and face the screen towards the QR code reader by the driver.

Hold your phone steady and the machine will light up green and beep to show your ticket has been accepted.

Can I use Oxford SmartZone mobile tickets on Arriva services?

Yes, Arriva will be accepting Oxford SmartZone tickets purchased via the Oxford Bus or Stagecoach Bus mobile apps, However, you won't be able to purchase Oxford SmartZone tickets directly from Arriva's mobile app.
