Depending on which discount code you have been given, your ticket may only be valid for purchase on either the app or the website. The table below displays where tickets are valid for purchase - it may also be worth checking with whoever has issued your ticket depending on the scheme.

If you are ordering an App ticket...
You can purchase tickets through the Stagecoach Bus App. Once purchased, your ticket will be ready to be activated and sit in your account until it is ready for use. To use your ticket, you simply need to display your activated ticket to the driver when boarding the bus. Please note data or wifi connection is needed to load your ticket (once loaded, your ticket will display for up-to 8 hours without needing to connect again).

If you are ordering via the website...
Tickets ordered through the website will be loaded onto a smartcard, which you can tap onto the contactless reader when boarding the bus. If you do not have a Smartcard, you can request one when checking out - this will be posted you you within the next 3-5 working days.
