Travel with Confidence

One of our most popular places to travel is Gloucestershire’s county town, the city Gloucester. Known as the cathedral city of the Cotswolds, the city has plenty to offer in terms of history, the arts and education – as well as breathtaking countryside, and a city centre filled with great shops and things to do.

Whether you’re coming to see Gloucester Cathedral, take a stroll around Gloucester Docks, or commute to Gloucester Quays, Stagecoach is sure to get you there. An affordable, comfortable and convenient method of transportation in the city, a wide range of lines, tickets and passes are available to all of our passengers.

Gloucester bus tickets and passes

We offer a number of different tickets and passes for our services, in order to meet the needs of each of our passengers. For a shorter trip, the value of our single and return tickets can’t be beaten – but we also offer several passes which include discounts on regular journeys.

If you’re catching more than one bus, or making multiple trips, our dayrider and explorer tickets offer unlimited travel in Gloucester with Stagecoach for 24 hours. Our megarider offers the same, but for a duration of your choice – perfect if you’re someone who’s travelling around city often.

We also offer a number of passes, such as day, weekly, over a week and longer than a month. You can find the terms of each on our website, and you can purchase your pass online too – or directly on your Smartphone, with the Stagecoach app (download for Apple or Android). Don’t worry – you can still pay the driver in cash if you’d prefer, or with contactless card payments.
