The safety of our customers and employees remains our priority

Guidance and advice 

We're following government guidance and we ask all customers to follow this guidance to ensure everyone can continue to travel safely on our services.

Our Risk Assessment shows the risks to our customers travelling with us, and the control barriers in place to reduce the spreading of Coronavirus on our network.

Stay up to date with any Local Travel Restrictions  in our area. You can also  check for updates   on twitter.

 

Face Coverings

There is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. But we encourage you to keep wearing one in crowded spaces if you can. Let's be kind and respect each other's personal choice.

 

General Guidance

Whenever you use our services please follow these principles to help make everyone's journey more comfortable

 Plan ahead. You can plan your journey at supertram.com or travelsouthyorkshire.com

Allow extra time for your journey, services may be busy

Pay using the Stagecoach app or contactless (including Apple Pay and Google Pay)

Respect each other’s personal space, wherever possible

Maintain good hygiene

Take your litter and newspapers (including the Metro if you've picked up a copy) with you
Keep windows open on-board our older trams, to aid ventilation
