In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practise social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.
The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, wear a face covering if you can, use contactless payment and take your litter with you.

Unirider ticket are items of value and should be looked after as securely as possible...
If you buy a paper unirider from either an agent or directly from Stagecoach and your paper bus ticket is lost or stolen, there will be a charge to replace it as we cannot cancel the ticket.
We will only replace a ticket once within its validity period.
We will impose an administration charge of £25.
We will insist on the claim being in writing either by email or through the post to our head office. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
If you choose to cancel your unirider ticket before the end of its validity period, we will calculate your refund by deducting the cost of the best value tickets available to buy during the period of time for which you have held the ticket, from the total ticket price, minus an admin fee of 10%.
