Seas the day: X12 to Skegness back with a splash! 

Enjoy a perfect seaside escape with the X12 service, running return trips from Peterborough via Market Deeping, Spalding and Boston every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday.

The service operates from Saturday 23 May through to Sunday 27 September, giving you plenty of opportunities to plan your summer days out.

Departing from bays 9 and 10 at Queensgate Bus Station in Peterborough at 09:45, and returning from Skegness at 17:30, you’ll have a full day to relax by the coast.

Whether it’s soaking up the sun on the beach, enjoying classic fish & chips, or taking a scenic ride on the open-top Seasider buses, everything you need for a great day out is right at your fingertips.

Natureland Seal Sanctuary 

 

Not far from the beach you can find Natureland Seal Sanctuary. The sanctuary are known for rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned or injured seals. Visitors can get to know the rescue and recovery process as well as explore several other enclosures from Tropical fish, butterflies and penguins. There is also a Pets corner for the little ones to enjoy being up close with animals.
