Exeter is a historic city in the heart of Devon, which boasts a beautiful Norman cathedral, vibrant shopping centre and a renowned University. A trip to this cultural haven will take you from the depths of the 14th century underground passages to the heights of award winning shopping centres and eateries across The High Street, Princesshay and The Guildhall.  The city’s free Royal Albert Memorial Museum features a range of stunning exhibitions and the historic quayside hosts watersports, antiques and a variety of cafes and restaurants for a leisurely lunch. The city is also the home of Exeter City Football Club and the Exeter Chiefs. EX12JX

Coldharbour Mill dates to 1797 and is one of the oldest woollen mills in the UK having been in continuous production since 1797. Explore the Victorian Mill as you wandering across 12 acres of Woollen Mill, Boilers, Steam engines and Mill grounds. Discover working and static exhibits, steam boilers and engines and also see the staff making traditional textiles, beautiful knitting yarn and hand-woven rugs. Bridwell is a unique country house estate in the heart of Devon. Hidden from public gaze for over 240 years, the Manor opened its’ doors to the public in 2015. The delightful Orangery Cafe, typically open daily between the hours of 10am until 4pm serves up fantastic local coffee and baked treats. You can also explore the Estate parkland and enjoy a peaceful and picturesque walk or spot the Estate’s many deer as you ramble. EX153BU Connections to Uffculme can be made with Route 373

Quad World is the south west's leading quad biking facility based just outside of Cullompton. The circuit is perfect for beginners right through to professionals and they host a range of bikes. EX54LB

Cullompton is set within the stunning Culm Valley and is home to one of the UK's most impressive churches. This historic market town has been the centre of rural live in Mid Devon for centuries. Delicious local goods can be purchased from friendly knowledgeable producers who have grown or reared the food themselves at the town's award-winning farmer’s market. EX151AB

Tiverton is settled amongst the Mid Devon countryside and is full of history and heritage; with romantic castles, historic houses, and horse drawn barges. The Grand Western Canal Cycle route lies just on the outskirts, with an flat 8-mile cycle taking in superb views of the Mid Devon countryside and the canal towpath. The town has a great selection of unique independent shops and boutiques and plenty of inviting eateries to choose from. Handmade crafts, gifts and excellent local produce can be found at the historic Pannier Market including a Farmer's Market on the third Wednesday of each month. EX166LB
