Tickets for children 

Children under 5 

Up to three children under 5 years old can travel for free when accompanied by a responsible, fare-paying passenger. 

These children can’t:

• take a seat that paying passengers might need
• stay in a buggy in an unsuitable place on the bus

5-15 year olds 

Single and return tickets 

Children aged 5 to 15 can get a 33% discount on adult single and return fares.   You may be asked to prove your age by showing an official form of ID to our driver.

day tickets

Child day tickets give you one day's unlimited travel within your chosen area.

Tickets for students 

If you’re studying at Exeter University, Plymouth University and University of St Mark & St John, or you’re heading off to college or school, you’ll get great value with our student bus ticket.

All students can buy a termrider ticket , you can choose one of our local zones for unlimited travel in your area, or choose the South West Zone for  travel on our buses right across our South West network.

To get a student ticket, you'll need one of the following:

• a university or college card/ student ID card
• an NUS extra card (Now TOTUM)

Remember that the name on your ID card must match the name on your ticket.

Tickets for adults

Passengers aged 16 and above pay the full adult fare. We have a wide range of great value tickets available.

Single tickets 

Single tickets are for a journey in one direction. Fares are based on the number of stops, or groups of stops that you travel between. 

Day tickets

Day tickets give you one day's unlimited travel within your chosen area.

7 and 28 day tickets 

You can use your weekly bus ticket for unlimited travel in your chosen area. 7 and 28 day tickets offer best value for regular travellers and are available via the Stagecoach app.

South West Zone tickets 

A South West Zone ticket gives you one day's unlimited travel across our whole Stagecoach South West bus network, excluding journeys on South West Falcon. 

Multi Buy

Multi Buy tickets are just like our popular Day tickets. When you choose Multi Buy in bundles of 3, 5 or 10 you have 12 months to choose which day to use your bus ticket all while saving up to 30% on the cost! Visit here for more information.

Tickets for families and groups 

Group day tickets 

Our group day offer one day's unlimited travel for up to five people travelling together.

Concessionary bus pass holders (seniors and disabled)

If you’re of retirement age or have a certain disability, you can apply for a concessionary bus pass  from your local council. Your pass will allow you to travel for free on our buses.

You can normally travel after 09:30 until 23:00 on weekdays and all day at weekends and bank holidays. Some local councils  have different rules about when you can use your pass.

If you need assistance from our driver, you should contact Devon County Council who will be able to issue you with a Devon Access Wallet .

Jobseekers

We offer half price single and return tickets for jobseekers. To qualify, you must have a valid Jobcentre Plus Travel Discount card.

Animals

Dogs, including guide dogs and assistance dogs, can travel for free at all times.
