What does reliability mean?

There are two elements to our service performance - reliability and punctuality

Reliability – this is a percentage measure of how many advertised journeys we operated.
Punctuality – this is a percentage measure of how many times the bus departed a timing point bus stop within five minutes of the advertised time.
