Our teams work incredibly hard to keep people moving and we have listened to feedback from our customers as well as worked with local authority partners to improve the reliability of our services.

From the 13th October to 9th November the total average of reliability was 99.25%.

What does reliability mean?

There are two elements to our service performance - reliability and punctuality

• Reliability – this is a percentage measure of how many advertised journeys we operated.
• Punctuality – this is a percentage measure of how many times the bus departed a timing point bus stop within five minutes of the advertised time.
